And no — I’m not talking about tiny, hardworking insects. I’m talking about Automatic Negative Thoughts — those sneaky inner voices whispering things like: “You’re not good enough.” They’re also called adaptive assumptions or limiting beliefs. And one of the most popular ones? 👉 Impostor syndrome — a perfect example of an ANT infestation. But here’s the thing: these beliefs didn’t just show up out of nowhere. In fact, most of them started building their little ant colony when we were still kids. Back then, we were just pure energy. Curious. Bold.
